Flight Simulator Course Plot

The installation build did not include the main binary executable for the application. I was notified of this via email, on Monday November 9th. The build was updated to correct this.

The main dialog (or window) of the application extended beyond the desktop in a 640x480 resolution setting. This hid the bottom portion of the application below the taskbar in Windows -- thus hidding the buttons on the bottom portion of the application.
The application was shortened to accommodate users in a 640x480 resolution setting.

Program was compiled with static libraries since some users did not have the latest MFC (Microsoft Foundation Class) libraries on their system (i.e. Old Win95 systems).
